Support
Questions about an order, a listing, or a damaged item? Message REGISTR with your email address and order or receipt number so we can reply.
For damaged-product claims, contact us within 3 days of delivery and keep your digital receipt. For packaging damage alone, file a claim with the shipping company.
Terms
Each resale listing describes its size and condition. Quantities are limited. Payment and delivery estimates are confirmed at checkout.
Shipping & delivery
Eastern US $4.29 · Central $5.79 · Mountain $7.29 · Pacific $8.79. International shipping is $18.79. Orders are sent out between 1–8 PM Eastern time. The delivery estimate appears at checkout after the buyer enters an address.
Refunds & returns
Every item is inspected before it leaves for delivery. Damage can still happen on the way to your address, so please check the parcel when it arrives. All sales are final — no refunds. If the box arrives damaged in the mail, that claim must be filed with the shipping company. If the product itself arrives damaged, message us here and we will refund the product within 3 days of delivery, as long as you still have the digital receipt.
Authenticity
REGISTR curates and inspects every branded resale piece before listing. The photos and condition details on each listing show the actual piece offered, so you can inspect it before buying.
